Brewing some more FLOW themes to write about soon, but in the meantime, here’s a summary of the two workshops lined up for the coming Autumn which I thought you might want to browse through, between one Summer festival and the next and while you plan for your next BBQ. More details can be found on the Workshop page and, of course, get in touch if you are interested and there is more you want to know or you would like to book for either of these experiences, or both! Here they are:
FLOW Weekend – 25th & 26th September 2010
A new format for this workshop, now featuring a day of Equine Assisted group experience on the beautiful moors surrounding Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire, UK.
CORE-BEAT Rhythm Time – 9th October 2010
A day of rhythmical creativity and discovery through drums, percussion and activities aimed to bring us back in contact with our own innate rhythmical nature and more in tune with our lives and our vital energy. No skills required, just bring your curiosity to the lovely, spacious studio at Hoot, Bates Mill, in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire and drum up the creative you!
